During my stay, I enjoyed the spacious apartments that were well-furnished, providing me with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. In addition, the hotel's location close to Hakata station and Canal city made it convenient for me to explore this city. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with cleanliness standards being maintained to a high level. Finally, the staff was helpful and accommodating, making check-in a breeze.

The property was spacious and well-maintained during my Easter stay. I had a comfortable room with great amenities, and it was easy to get around the area as it was conveniently located near the city's main attractions. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who made my stay more enjoyable.

The check-in process was inconvenient and time-consuming as I had to go to another location to complete it. Additionally, the room was quite chilly and there was no way to adjust the temperature, making it uncomfortable to stay in. while the stay was enjoyable, improvements could be made to make it more convenient and comfortable for guests.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was just amazing. the room was huge, with everything we could have ever needed. the view from the room was simply breathtaking, with beautiful temples and the city just outside the windows. the location couldn't have been better, as we were close to all the best shops and restaurants in the area.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and took longer than we expected. It would have been great if they had given us clearer instructions or better signage to help us find our way.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to both the station and Canal city, making it easy to explore the area. the apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a giant kitchen and an excellent view of the city.

The staff was also very helpful and attentive, addressing any questions we had before our stay.
